The Nurse Development Program (NDP) is designed for aspiring healthcare professionals who are eager to grow within a dynamic, patient-centered environment. This initiative provides the training, mentorship, and clinical exposure necessary to thrive in specialized maternal and pediatric care.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this professional development track, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep., Ners) with a minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Licensure: Possess a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 165 cm, with a proportionate body weight ranging between 50 kg and 55 kg.
* Professional Competencies: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient service.
* Availability: Applicants must be willing to commit to a structured training program and adhere to a shift-based work schedule.
* Mobility: Flexibility to be deployed across any of our Brawijaya units located in Jakarta, Depok, or Tangerang.
* Experience Level: While at least one year of professional experience is an advantage, we highly encourage fresh graduates who meet the academic requirements to apply.
