We are now looking for a dedicated Logistics Administrator to support our site operations in Sangkulirang.
## Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Administrator
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our site logistics. Your core duties will include:
* Inventory Management: Accurately recording and updating all incoming and outgoing goods.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
* Procurement Support: Monitoring material consumption and initiating purchase requests as needed.
* Documentation: Ensuring all logistics and shipping documents are correctly filed, organized, and readily accessible.
* Quality Control: Conducting regular, systematic stock opname procedures in collaboration with the warehouse team.
## Requirements for the Position
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong professional background and a commitment to operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Professional Profile: Male, with a maximum age of 35 years.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); applicants with a D3 or S1 degree in Administration or a related field are highly encouraged to apply.
* Work Experience: At least one year of proven experience in a logistics or inventory administration capacity.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Accurate, or other specialized logistics software is considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of vehicle spare parts, with a specific focus on Light Vehicles (LV) and buses.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
* Commitment: Must be willing to be stationed at our Sangkulirang site in East Kalimantan.
