## Available Position: Field Operator – Water Waste Plant (WWTP)
We are looking for a proactive professional to join our facility in Tanjung Morawa. This role is essential in maintaining our environmental compliance and operational standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Monitoring: Oversee the equipment performance within the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure seamless operations.
* Data Management: Track and record chemical consumption rates, as well as monitor water inflow and outflow metrics.
* Quality Control: Conduct precise sampling procedures for laboratory testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Maintenance & Safety: Uphold strict cleanliness protocols within the work area and ensure that all daily activities strictly adhere to safety and health (K3) regulations.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Diploma degree (D3) in Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in WWTP operations; however, enthusiastic fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of industrial K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, effective teamwork skills, and a professional attitude.
* Availability & Location: Must be willing to join immediately. Candidates residing in the Deli Serdang-Medan area are preferred, as the role is based in Tanjung Morawa.
