## Position Overview: CSR Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven leader to spearhead our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Based in Jakarta, the CSR Program Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful programs that foster sustainable community growth.
General Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Social Sciences, Communication Studies, Community Development, or a closely related discipline.

Specific Requirements and Technical Expertise
Candidates should possess specialized knowledge and hands-on experience in the non-profit or corporate sustainability sectors:
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience managing CSR programs, community empowerment initiatives, or social institutions, including facilitating specialized workshops and training sessions.
* Assessment Skills: Demonstrated background in conducting social assessments, baseline surveys, Social Return on Investment (SROI) analyses, or social impact research (considered a strong advantage).
* Sustainability Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of sustainability principles, ISO 26000 guidelines, and corporate CSR performance indicators.
* Networking: A robust professional network encompassing corporations and key stakeholders is a distinct advantage.
* Administrative Acumen: Highly proficient in drafting comprehensive proposals, detailed program reports, and regulatory compliance documents tailored to partner requirements.
* Program Design: Capable of formulating research-backed, participatory program designs that address real community needs.
