## Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
Eni Indonesia seeks ambitious fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on industry experience. To be considered for the 2025 program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Academic Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S-1).
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00.
* Graduate Status: Fresh graduates (within a maximum of one year from their graduation date as indicated on their degree or letter of completion).
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken formats.
* Program Commitment: The internship spans a six-month duration and will be based at the Eni Jakarta Office located in Pondok Indah Office Tower 3.

Supply Chain and Projects
* Vendor Management Intern: Focuses on procurement processes, contract monitoring, and audit support.
* Project Services Intern: Assists in project scheduling, progress verification, and documentation.
Operations and Engineering
* Logistic Intern: Manages pre-award documentation and contract execution analysis.
* LNG Operations Intern: Responsible for monitoring daily production, key operating parameters, and inventory forecasting.
* Drilling Engineering/Completion/Contract Interns: These roles involve supporting engineers in drilling programs, subsea completion projects, and tender processes.
Sustainability and Finance
* Permit and License Intern: Manages regulatory documentation and government liaison activities.
* Sustainability Intern: Supports administrative data collection, creative design, and social impact reporting.
* Financial Roles (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Tax & Compliance, Budget Analyst): Interns in these roles support the finance team with auditing, SAP system entries, tax compliance, and budget forecasting.
HSEQ and Human Resources
* HSEQ Management System & Environment Interns: Focused on database management, safety compliance, and environmental monitoring.
