## Job Position: General Affair Supervisor
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to fill the General Affair Supervisor position. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our physical assets, ensuring operational continuity, and overseeing facility expansions across designated regional branches.

As a General Affair Supervisor, your day-to-day duties will be integral to maintaining the efficiency and safety of our branch offices. Your key responsibilities include:
* Branch Expansion & Infrastructure: Actively scouting, acquiring, and overseeing the comprehensive renovation of new branch offices to meet company standards.

* Inventory & Asset Management: Taking full accountability for procuring, distributing, and managing all branch office equipment and supplies.
* Maintenance & Upkeep: Implementing preventive maintenance programs to safeguard all company assets and physical properties within the assigned branches.
* Legal & Licensing Compliance: Coordinating with property owners and local authorities to secure necessary operational permits and facility licenses.
* Operational Mobility: Maintaining high readiness for routine field visits, site inspections, and mobile assignments across the coverage areas.
