1. Environment: Focus on biodiversity, microbial cultures, and environmental compliance (AMDAL/ISO 14001). Recruitment: ITS (Nov 5-6) & USU (Nov 10-11).
2. Geotechnical & Survey: Support mining operations through drone mapping, spatial data processing, and topographic surveying. Recruitment: ITB (Oct 31-Nov 1).
3. Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical): Specialized training for engineers to ensure plant operational efficiency and safety.
4. Mining (Operations & Planning): Optimize daily production, short-term mine planning, and fleet management systems. Recruitment: USU (Nov 10-11).
5. Mine Geology: Develop skills in geological field data collection, rock identification, and mineralization systems. Recruitment: ITB (Oct 31-Nov 1).
