5. Team Leader Technician
This role requires a candidate capable of overseeing MEP operations and managing vendor relations.
* Experience: 3–5 years in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing) with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
* Technical Proficiencies: Mastery of electrical systems (Genset, UPS, Panel LVMDP), mechanical systems (Chillers, HVAC, Elevators/Escalators), and plumbing/fire protection.
* Core Competencies: Ability to read technical wiring diagrams, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and draft operational reports.
* Certifications: Possession of K3 General/Electrical or TKBT/TKPK certifications is considered a significant advantage.
6. Chief Engineer
As a senior leadership role, this position demands extensive expertise in site engineering management.
* Experience: 5–7 years in MEP, with at least 3 years in a Chief Engineer or MEP Manager position.
* Responsibilities: Overseeing preventive/corrective maintenance plans and managing the procurement lifecycle (RAB, TOR, and RKS drafting).
* Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office for financial calculations.
* Required Certification: Valid K3 General or K3 Electrical license is mandatory. A professional certification (SKA/SKK) in Mechanical/Electrical from LPJK is highly preferred.
