## Current Vacancy: SMG Mechanical Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to be based at our operational site in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our mechanical systems.
Core Responsibilities
* Engineering Support: Provide expert technical guidance and support to Supervisors and Foremen on-site.
* Operational Standards: Develop and uphold best practices and high-level engineering standards for the mechanical department.
* Installation Oversight: Manage and maintain mechanical site installations to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: A maximum of three years of work experience, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Fixed Plant Maintenance or large-scale industrial projects.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Familiarity with Conveying Systems and Coal Handling Facilities.
* Expertise in Maintenance Management Systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
* Soft Skills:
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
* High-level communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
* Ability to perform tasks effectively under minimal supervision.
