## Open Position: HRGA Japanese Speaker
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team in September 2025. This role is essential for bridging communication gaps and maintaining administrative excellence within our multinational environment.
Core Responsibilities
The HRGA Japanese Speaker will serve as a vital link between our local staff and Japanese expatriates. Key duties include:
* Interpretation & Translation: Providing consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for internal meetings, management reviews, audits, and daily operations. Translating technical documents, SOPs, contracts, and emails with high accuracy.
* Administrative Coordination: Documenting meeting minutes for high-level management sessions and cross-departmental discussions.
* Operational Oversight: Managing security personnel and driver scheduling, ensuring corporate vehicle maintenance, and overseeing general company infrastructure.
* Expatriate Services: Managing the documentation process for foreign nationals, including visa applications, work permits, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
* Industrial Relations: Assisting in various HRGA tasks to ensure seamless daily operations and harmonious employee relations.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Experience: A minimum of one year of work experience is preferred.
* Language Proficiency: Certification of JLPT N3 or higher; fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, TKA (Foreign Worker) permit procedures, and corporate legal documentation.
* Operational Skills: Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and possess the ability to drive four-wheeled vehicles.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and skill level:
* Salary Range: IDR 7,600,000 – IDR 10,000,000 per month.
