## Current Career Development Programs
Astra is currently seeking enthusiastic candidates for two specialized development programs designed to cultivate the next generation of company leaders.
1. Audit & Risk Development Program (ARDP) – Batch 15
This program is meticulously crafted to equip participants with the technical and behavioral competencies necessary to excel as professional Internal Auditors and Analysts within the Astra Group.
* Experience: Recent graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics & Business, Engineering, IT, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics.
* Location: Candidates must be graduates from universities within the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia and accept placement in any Astra Group company nationwide.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking, excellent interpersonal communication, high learning agility, and inherent curiosity.
* Language: Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
2. Human Capital Trainee (HCT) – Batch 13
The Human Capital Trainee program is an intensive 11-month journey (February – December 2026) that provides a comprehensive overview of human resources functions. You will gain hands-on experience through a combination of in-class training and on-the-job assignments across various business units.
* Experience: Recent graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
* Campus Residency: Open to graduates from universities in the Jabodetabek area.
* Profile: High interest in the Human Capital field, strong analytical mindset, and superior interpersonal skills.
* Resilience: Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic environments, work effectively in teams, and perform under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
* Language: Proficient in spoken and written English.
