1. Export Import Section Head
Location: Sunter, North Jakarta
* Oversee daily import/export transactions to ensure timely arrival and compliance.
* Manage returnable packaging licenses and associated documentation.
* Maintain expertise in PIB, PEB, Notul, HS Codes, Lartas, and COO regulations.
* Utilize INSW, Inatrade, Siinas, and OSS systems while liaising with government customs and logistics partners.
* Bachelor’s degree in any major (Logistics preferred).
* 4–6 years of experience in export/import, preferably within the automotive or truck industry.
* Proven leadership abilities in team or project management.
* Strong professional integrity and fluency in English.
* Customs Expert Certification (Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan) is a significant advantage.
2. Export Import Officer
Location: Sunter, North Jakarta
* Execute daily import operations, including PIB creation and document submission.
* Handle physical customs checks and documentation for exportable returnable packages.
* Assist with financial and tax audits.
* Research and resolve customs-related discrepancies.
* Diploma (D3) in Engineering or Accounting.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
* Strong adaptability and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
3. Logistic Manufacturing Engineer Analyst
Location: Karawang, West Java
* Monitor production planning and delivery schedules for local suppliers.
* Manage material inventory and SAP processes (Goods Received, NIK, Bill of Materials).
* Coordinate logistics for KIT importation.
* Calculate non-IKD costs based on CKD specifications.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
* 2+ years of experience in manufacturing logistics and inventory control.
* Superior analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
4. Field Service Engineer
Location: Sunter, North Jakarta
* Provide advanced technical support to dealers and customers.
* Analyze complex mechanical issues and coordinate with technical departments for solutions.
* Prepare comprehensive technical reports and Field Service Bulletins.
* Ensure all technical problems are resolved and documented effectively.
* Diploma (D3) in Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Experience in the automotive or heavy equipment industry is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
* Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
* Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support.
5. General Accounting Officer
Location: Sunter, North Jakarta
* Manage daily accounting functions, including journal entries and document filing.
* Conduct annual audits of fixed assets and merchandise inventory.
* Prepare accrual and provision reports.
* Support financial, tax, and customs audit procedures.
* Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Finance.
* 1–2 years of accounting experience.
* Knowledge of tax regulations and PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
