* Civil Engineer Assistant Manager: Requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction, plus 5 years of field experience in plantation infrastructure (bridges, culverts, roads). Must understand EHS principles. Placement: Siais, North Sumatra, or Ketapang, West Kalimantan.
* Power Plant Assistant: Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (heavy current) with 3 years of experience in power generation and PLC troubleshooting. Placement: East Belitung.
* Quality Assurance Engineering: Focuses on inspecting Mill and Workshop operations. Requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 3 years of relevant industry experience. Placement: Sorong, West Papua.
* Mobile Apps Developer: Requires a Degree in Computer Science and 1 year of experience with Flutter, REST API, and PostgreSQL. Must have a track record of deploying apps on major app stores.
