Available Trainee Streams
We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join the following divisions:
1. Field Assistant Trainee
* Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agrotechnology, Soil Science, Plantation Crop Cultivation, Plant Pests and Diseases, or related fields.
2. Administrative Assistant Trainee
* Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Law, Psychology, Office Administration, or related disciplines.
3. Research & Development Trainee
* Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Plantation Crop Cultivation, Plant Pests and Diseases, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
## Program Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure that every candidate is prepared for the rigors of our operations, we hold all applicants to a high standard of professional readiness. Applicants must meet the following general criteria:
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to enter into a mandatory three-year service agreement upon selection.
* Mobility: All successful candidates must be willing to be stationed in East Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan.
