* Staff Automation (AOT)
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Staff Production (PROD)
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related majors.
* Staff Japanese Interpreter (JPN)
* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduates with prior internship experience in Japan, or a Bachelor’s/Diploma Degree in Japanese Literature.
## General Requirements for Applicants
To ensure every candidate meets our rigorous operational standards, applicants must fulfill the following criteria before submitting their credentials:
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of PLCs, robotics, and industrial digitalization specifically for the Automation role.
* Work Schedule: Willingness to work in rotating shifts for the Production role.
* Language Proficiency: Possession of a JLPT N3 certificate or higher for the Japanese Interpreter role, alongside professional fluency in spoken and written English.
* Academic Performance: A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of a 4.00 scale.
* Health: Must not suffer from color blindness.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication abilities, self-driven independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Work Location: Must be willing to be stationed at our primary facility in Jababeka, Cikarang, West Java.
