1. Heavy Equipment Operator
We are looking for a skilled operator to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision and safety in navigating our logistical requirements.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment operation, preferably within the mining or construction sectors.
* Operational Expertise: Proficient in handling excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, or dump trucks based on site needs.
* Certifications: Must possess a valid and relevant Operator License (SIO).
* Safety Awareness: A deep understanding of occupational health and safety (K3) standards, combined with the ability to perform routine inspections and identify mechanical abnormalities.
2. Limestone Handling System Operator
This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our material handling systems. We require an individual who is both technically adept and committed to operational safety.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience in plant operations or material handling, preferably within an industrial or power plant environment.
* Licensing Requirements: Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM), with a minimum requirement of Class B2.
* Technical Skills: Must be capable of operating a forklift and hold an active, valid Operator License (SIO).
* Safety & Inspection: Knowledgeable in equipment safety protocols and standard occupational health and safety (K3) practices.
