We are currently looking for a talented individual to fill the Head Human Capital & General Affair position.
## Position Overview
As our Head of Human Capital & General Affair, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and overseeing daily administrative operations. ## Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a relevant Human Capital/HR discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven working experience as an HR Generalist.
* Work Location: Willingness to be based in Bogor, West Java (specifically the Gunung Putri or Citeureup area).
