## Role Overview: Recruiter
As a Recruiter at Hi-Cook Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring that we attract top-tier talent to support our continued growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and providing detailed reporting to leadership.
Core Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to successful onboarding.
* Psychometric Assessment: Administer and interpret psychological testing to evaluate candidate suitability.
* Behavioral Interviews: Conduct professional interviews utilizing Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques to assess competencies effectively.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely daily recruitment reports to track key performance indicators.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following professional criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
2. Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a professional recruitment or talent acquisition role.
3. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in administering and scoring standard psychological test instruments.
4. Operational Commitment: Ability to work full-time on-site (Full WFO) at our corporate office located in West Jakarta.
