Key Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Industry Background: Prior experience within the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector or beverage manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
* Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience operating blowing machinery (such as Sidel, Krones, or Shibuya, with Techlong expertise being a strong plus), alongside a solid grasp of PLC, IoT, and industrial automation.
* Core Competencies: Fundamental understanding of AC/DC electrical systems, coupled with proven capability in executing Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance protocols.
* Compliance & Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of global quality and food safety frameworks, including GMP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, GLP, 5S, and QMS.
* Health & Availability: Physically and mentally fit, free from color blindness, with no medical history of Typhoid or Hepatitis A/B. Must be fully willing to be stationed in Pandeglang.
2. Quality Control (QC)
