We are urgently looking for a skilled Production Operator – FCT (Functional Circuit Test) Fusebox to drive our production lines forward at our state-of-the-art facility in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency.
## Job Responsibilities
As a Production Operator specializing in FCT Fusebox, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of manufacturing efficiency and product reliability. Your core daily duties will encompass:
* SMT Line Operation: Safely and accurately operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line machinery to ensure seamless workflow.
* Changeover and Replenishment: Manage line-switching processes during product type transitions while proactively restocking materials and components to consistently meet daily production targets.
* Quality Inspection: Conduct routine visual and technical checks on printed circuit board (PCB) assembly and printing outcomes to prevent defective outputs.
* Basic Troubleshooting: Perform preliminary diagnostics and resolution for minor machine errors, alongside assisting with scheduled preventive maintenance routines.
* Workplace Organization: Uphold the 6S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across your designated workspace and production line.
* Additional Duties: Fulfill supplementary operational tasks and adhere to direct instructions provided by shift leaders or supervisors.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) graduate, with a preferred specialization in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-in experience handling Fusebox Functional Circuit Test (FCT) or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
* Technical Familiarity: Strong working knowledge of SMT electronic materials, coupled with a distinct advantage for candidates possessing background experience in electronic product manufacturing, assembly, and soldering.
* Operational Skills: Demonstrated capability to operate SMT machinery and perform manual electronic soldering.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Work Ethic: Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the resilience to perform efficiently under strict deadlines and target-driven pressures.
