Today, PT Jaga Aman Sejahtera operates as an independent entity, specializing in large-scale nickel mining projects across Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and North Maluku.

## General Requirements for All Positions
To ensure operational safety and high performance, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum education ranging from SMA/SMK, Diploma, to Bachelor’s degree depending on the role.
* Proven, relevant work experience within the mining industry.
* Willingness to adhere to a roster-based work schedule.
* Physical and mental fitness for site-based operations.
* Readiness to be stationed at our East Halmahera project site in North Maluku.
