Candidate Profile and Requirements

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline is required. Preferred fields include Chemical, Mechanical, Process, or Sustainable Energy Engineering. Holding a Master’s degree is considered an advantageous qualification.
* Professional Tenure: Candidates must have less than two years of full-time professional work experience.
* Language Skills: Exceptional fluency in English and proficiency in the local language (Indonesian) are mandatory.
