We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic logistics team in the role of Execution Import Document Staff.
## Role Overview: Execution Import Document Staff
The Execution Import Document Staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of our international trade activities. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of import documentation, ensuring that every shipment complies with customs regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Documentation Management: Oversee the drafting, verification, and filing of all import-related documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation aligns strictly with international trade laws, customs provisions, and internal corporate procedures.
* Operational Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate timely logistics and customs clearance.
* Shipment Tracking: Monitor the real-time status of import shipments, pro-actively addressing any documentation gaps or discrepancies that may cause delays.
* Quality Assurance: Identify potential bottlenecks in the import process and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.
* Reporting: Generate periodic reports regarding import status and documentation accuracy to support management decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking candidates who possess a blend of analytical rigor, organizational skill, and a proactive attitude. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: While fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply, those with at least two years of relevant experience in imports or logistics are highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of customs regulations, international trade procedures, and the customs clearance process.
* Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential, as the role involves frequent international correspondence.
* Administrative Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently under pressure, and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
