Available Positions and Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in open-pit or underground mining.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in specialized mining software.
* Preferences: Experience in gold/mineral mining and possession of a POP certification are highly preferred.
* Requirements: Must hold a valid SIM A driver’s license, demonstrate strong leadership, and possess a professional demeanor.
* Placement: Site Ratatotok, North Sulawesi.
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: 2–3 years of experience in metal mineral mining or mineral analysis laboratories.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating AAS and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers.
* Preferences: AK3 General certification is highly preferred.
* Requirements: Must hold a valid SIM A driver’s license and be available to join immediately.
* Placement: Site Ratatotok, North Sulawesi.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy.
* Experience: 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Strong grasp of metallurgical extraction principles, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with relevant metallurgical process software.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic production environments.
* Placement: Port Kalaf, Central Kalimantan.
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
* Experience: 1–2 years in relevant fields.
* Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of payroll administration, General Affairs, and BPJS (social security) compliance. Must be proficient in MS Office.
* Placement: Site Ruwai, Central Kalimantan.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience, specifically within underground mining environments.
* Certifications: Must hold a valid AK3U Kemnaker certificate; POP certification is a plus.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
* Placement: Site Sukabumi.
* Education: Minimum High School diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in open-pit blasting operations.
* Certifications: Must hold a valid Blaster competency certificate (KPP Madya).
* Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of explosive handling and mining safety protocols.
