## About the Management Trainee Program
We are officially opening applications for our exclusive Management Trainee (MT) Program. This initiative is designed for ambitious fresh graduates and high achievers who are eager to kickstart a rewarding career in the pharmaceutical industry. Participants will undergo an intensive two-week development phase, blending classroom learning with hands-on field training to master essential industry proficiencies.
Core Training Focus Areas
* Professional Communication: Developing the interpersonal skills necessary to build lasting relationships with healthcare partners.
* Medical Representation: Mastering the art of professional medical representation in a competitive landscape.
* Pharmaceutical Product Knowledge: Gaining comprehensive insights into our unique product portfolio and clinical applications.
## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our team continues to thrive, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong desire to learn and a commitment to professional growth. Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate from any major, with a preference for those with backgrounds in Marketing or Pharmacy.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport.
* Training Readiness: Must be willing to participate in a mandatory two-week training program located in Pantok Wetan, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our branches across Java.
* Commitment: Prepared to enter into a two-year service bond.
* Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to developing a long-term career within the pharmaceutical sector.
