We are currently seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our production floor. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our automotive seating components meet the rigorous quality standards required by our premium automotive partners.

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience: While prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous, it is not strictly mandatory for eager candidates ready to learn.
* Operational Skills: A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

* Soft Skills: Demonstrable discipline, high levels of personal responsibility, and the ability to contribute effectively both as an individual and as a member of a broader team.
* Flexibility: Must be fully available to work within a rotating shift system.
