1. Finance Accounting Tax Staff (Code: FAT Staff)
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance Accounting Tax Staff member to manage our financial operations with precision and integrity.
Job Description:
* Prepare and submit comprehensive Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax (PPh) reports.
* Accurately record all incoming (Bank Receipt Voucher) and outgoing (Bank Disbursement Voucher) funds within the Accurate accounting system.
* Oversee the Head Office's petty cash fund, including processing and reconciling reimbursement claims.
* Execute timely payments for vendor invoices, Fuel Purchase Unit (FPU) transactions, and other financial obligations, ensuring all underlying documentation is complete and verified.
* Compile detailed recapitulations of tenant discharge, throughput, and overtime data.
* Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
* Generate and issue invoices and receipts for our valued tenants.
* Record all Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor the realization of Fuel Purchase Unit (FPU) transactions.
* Provide weekly updates on cash flow status to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting is essential.
* A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity.
* Demonstrated understanding of standard payment processing flows.
* Proficiency in journal entries for various payment transactions.
* Familiarity with financial journaling software applications.
* Comprehensive knowledge of VAT and PPh calculations, including Articles 21, 23, and Final PPh.
* Exceptional command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.

2. Operator (Code: Operator Samarinda)
We seek a dedicated and safety-conscious Operator to manage the efficient flow of products at our terminal.
Job Description:
* Perform product loading and unloading operations to/from trucks and vessels, adhering strictly to customer-provided schedules and company safety protocols.
* Maintain accurate Daily Inventory Reports.
* Input data from loading and unloading documents, conducting verification and inspection with tenants regarding the specified modes of transportation.
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained within the work area.
* Actively participate in preventive maintenance programs for terminal equipment and infrastructure.
* Operate (activate and deactivate) essential equipment, such as pumps, according to operational requirements.
* Engage in all mandatory training sessions scheduled and provided by the company.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSE Assistant Manager to champion safety and environmental stewardship across our operations.
Job Description:
* Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive documentation pertaining to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
* Generate routine reports detailing HSE activities for the Pro Trans International Holding Group.
* Conduct regular monitoring to ensure compliance of internal regulations with on-site conditions and relevant regulatory bodies, adapting internal policies as necessary.
* Formulate and implement robust safety and environmental protection procedures.
* Ensure all terminal operations and equipment fully comply with both company standards and government regulations.
* Oversee and actively prevent any damage or pollution to the work environment and surrounding areas.

* Supervise contractors to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and Work Permits.
Requirements:

* A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar position and managerial level.

* Plan and execute periodic maintenance on company assets in strict accordance with established maintenance standards for each asset at the terminal.
* Analyze inspection findings and provide precise, effective repair solutions for asset malfunctions.
* Conduct thorough analyses of potential hazards associated with terminal equipment and maintenance/repair tasks, collaborating closely with HSE and Operations teams to prevent incidents.
* Oversee and schedule re-calibration and certification requirements for terminal equipment, coordinating with relevant agencies as necessary.
Requirements:
