## Current Career Opportunity: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital frontline role in ensuring that millions of consumers receive safe, high-quality bakery products every single day. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive mindset.
Core Responsibilities
* Quality & Safety Compliance: Guarantee that all manufacturing procedures strictly align with internal quality benchmarks, hygiene protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP regulations.
* Pre-Production Preparation: Conduct thorough inspections of raw ingredients, dough weight allocations, baking trays, fillings, and molds prior to initiating the manufacturing cycle.
* Machinery Oversight: Operate and monitor core production machinery—including mixing units, ovens, packaging lines, and metal detectors—to confirm seamless operational functionality.
* End-to-End Execution: Oversee the complete production lifecycle, spanning from initial dough preparation and baking to final packaging.
* Labeling & Traceability: Verify the precise coding of batch numbers, expiration dates, packaging labels, and overall product presentation.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous, accurate logs concerning production outputs and procedural performance metrics.
* Sanitation & Maintenance: Uphold spotless work areas and perform routine sanitation on equipment.
