As part of their continued growth, PT Niramas Utama is currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join their logistics team as a Warehouse Staff.
## Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the company’s distribution operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Document Verification: Reviewing previous day’s shipping documentation, including Purchase Orders and quantity accuracy.
* DPH Reconciliation: Conducting daily cross-checks between the quantities listed on delivered invoices and the Daily Shipping List (DPH).
* Proof of Delivery (POD) Management: Overseeing the processing of PODs and managing Goods Issue (GI) cancellations while ensuring all shipping paperwork is complete.
* Delivery Order (DO) Optimization: Managing and updating dates for any Delivery Orders that failed to meet their initial shipping schedule.
* Inventory Oversight: Monitoring residual stock levels, confirming delivered invoices, and reconciling remaining goods against the DPH and POD documentation.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a professional who demonstrates attention to detail and a proactive work ethic. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in a relevant warehouse or logistics role.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, with an advanced focus on Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a high level of personal discipline, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Preferred Assets: Prior experience working with SAP software is highly regarded.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Bekasi.
