Established in 1998, PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories has solidified its position as a premier manufacturer of high-quality pharmaceutical products, adhering strictly to both national and international Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Our commitment to excellence reached a historic milestone in 2013 when we became the first Indonesian pharmaceutical company to receive GMP certification from the European Union (Germany’s Lageso) for our injection facility. Today, we remain the only Indonesian firm to hold prestigious GMP licenses from Europe, Australia, South Africa (PICS), and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nations.
With an expanding international footprint, we maintain dedicated marketing offices and teams across the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, employing over 30 professionals outside of Indonesia. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to fill the following roles at our Gunung Putri, Bogor facility:
* Staff Analytical Development (Data Processing)
* Staff Quality Control (Data Processing)
## Key Qualifications
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
* Professional Experience: Previous experience in Research & Development or Analytical Development is mandatory for the Analytical Development position.
* Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of CPOB and GMP guidelines is essential, alongside proven experience in a laboratory environment.
* Instrument Expertise: Candidates must be proficient in operating analytical instrumentation, specifically HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers.
* Core Competencies: Applicants must demonstrate high levels of discipline, meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and effective communication skills.
* Availability: Must be willing to work under a shift-based system.
