## Key Responsibilities of the Plant Operator

* Safe Production Management: Execute LPG refinery operations securely and strictly in accordance with established protocols to hit designated output targets.
* Startup and Shutdown Procedures: Manage both plant startup sequences and facility shutdowns—whether routine or emergency-driven—following exact standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Field Monitoring and Maintenance Support: Continuously observe operating conditions and field equipment, maintain accurate log sheets, identify necessary mechanical repairs, and prep equipment for maintenance crews.
