1. Management Trainee (Manufacturing)
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to participate in our intensive manufacturing leadership program.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age: Maximum 26 years old.
* Skills: Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
* Added Value: Experience in Production, PPIC, QC, Warehouse, or Maintenance is highly preferred.
* Requirements: Must possess a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our plant locations (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, or Bekasi).
2. Finance Accounting Assistant Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (GPA minimum 3.00).
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or consultancy environment.
* Competencies: Deep expertise in financial and accounting literacy, exceptional attention to detail, and professional responsibility.
* Location: Surabaya.
3. Finance Senior Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (GPA minimum 3.00).
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
* Competencies: Proficiency in financial, accounting, and tax regulations. Strong communication skills and a high level of accountability.
* Location: Surabaya.
4. Legal Senior Supervisor
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university (GPA minimum 3.00).
* Experience: At least 3 years in corporate legal affairs.
* Competencies: Extensive knowledge of company licensing, land-use agreements with third parties, and contract review processes. Familiarity with notary-related proceedings is essential.
