1. Forklift Operator (Karawang, West Java)
Responsible for safe loading and unloading activities within the warehouse.
* Requirements: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with at least one year of logistics experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating Reach Trucks (Single/Double), Clamp Trucks, and Pallet Movers. Must hold a valid Forklift Operator License (SIO).
* Knowledge: Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO, stock opname, and inventory control. Must be willing to work in shifts.
2. Operational Staff (Gresik, East Java)
Manages the daily flow of goods and ensures seamless coordination between customer needs and fleet availability.
* Responsibilities: Scheduling deliveries, coordinating internal and vendor trucks, generating delivery reports, and inputting documentation into client systems.
* Requirements: High school diploma, computer literacy, and prior experience in the logistics sector.
3. Warehouse Leader (Gianyar, Bali)
Ensures the smooth operation of warehouse activities and maintains accurate stock data.
* Responsibilities: Tracking inbound/outbound goods in the KWMS system, conducting daily cycle counts, and performing monthly stock takes.
* Requirements: D3 or high school diploma; proficiency in KWMS and Microsoft Excel; prior logistics experience preferred.
4. Project Officer (Cakung, East Jakarta)
Coordinates delivery projects and assesses new operational requirements.
* Responsibilities: Developing Journey Management Plans (JMP) with clients and evaluating routes, safety requirements, and operational equipment.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum one year of experience in fleet/supply chain management. Strong knowledge of transport regulations and occupational safety (K3).
5. Transport Admin (Pandaan, East Java)
Maintains the integrity of transport operational data and documentation.
* Responsibilities: Managing shipping documents (surat jalan), handling operational funds, and preparing daily reports.
* Requirements: One year of admin experience in logistics; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills; knowledge of K3/workplace safety. Must be shift-ready.
6. Transport Officer (Pandaan, East Java)
Oversees operational efficiency and cost management.
* Responsibilities: Monitoring operational costs, ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing truck/driver utilization, and reporting abnormalities to the Branch Manager.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field; solid experience in trucking operations; strong data analysis, communication, and negotiation skills.
