## Program Requirements
To ensure a high standard of development, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Indonesian citizen (WNI) residing in Bontang (evidenced by KTP/Domisili).
* Age range: 18 to 30 years old.
* Academic achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Physical and mental fitness.
* Drug-free and high motivation to learn.
* Willingness to be placed within the Pupuk Kaltim operational area.
