## Job Role: HR Generalist
We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist to oversee our end-to-end human resources operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our workforce, optimizing internal processes, and aligning HR strategies with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition & Development: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, administer and evaluate psychological assessments (psychotests), and drive employee training and development initiatives.
* Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, manage rewards and compensation structures, and handle the administration of social security programs, specifically BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
* Compliance & Administration: Ensure strict adherence to local labor regulations, maintain precise and confidential HR documentation, and manage overall HR operations efficiently.
* Performance Management: Implement and monitor employee performance appraisals to foster a culture of productivity and professional growth.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Management, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on experience working as an HR Generalist or within a comparable human resources capacity.
* Legal Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and standard HR best practices.
* Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and modern Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
* Communication: Display strong interpersonal abilities with complete fluency in both written and spoken English.
* Soft Skills: Exhibit the capability to work autonomously, handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
