## Job Description: Management Trainee (General)

* Collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to drive seamless day-to-day workflows.

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Physics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong administrative and data processing capabilities, complete mastery of Microsoft Office, foundational automation skills (such as C/C++, Python, or equivalents), and familiarity with programming languages including PHP, JavaScript, and HTML.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, strong interpersonal communication, and effective coordination abilities.
