## Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking innovative thinkers who are ready to drive results. To qualify for the SJA Management Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s (D4/S1) or Master’s degree (S2) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Instrumentation & Control, Metallurgical & Materials, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.25 for undergraduate degrees or 3.50 for postgraduate degrees.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
