1. Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor (Kasie Gudang Barang Jadi)
This role oversees warehouse operations to ensure optimal inventory control and seamless distribution flow of finished goods.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor, preferably within the bottled drinking water (AMDK) or FMCG industry.
* Core Competencies:
* Deep understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management.
* Comprehensive knowledge of finished goods warehouse workflows.
* Strong leadership qualities combined with an active, independent, honest, and communicative personality.
2. Production Supervisor (Kasie Produksi)
The Production Supervisor manages day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure output targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a production leader within a manufacturing environment, particularly in FMCG or bottled water sectors.
* Core Competencies:
* Proven expertise in managing manufacturing processes, production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
* Target-driven mindset focused on balancing production volume with exceptional quality.
* Robust leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
3. Operational Administrator (Admin Operasional)
Our operational admin team maintains accurate documentation, supports daily administrative tasks, and ensures smooth workflow across departments.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in an administrative role.
* Core Competencies:
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Strong analytical thinking with a high level of discipline and attention to detail.
* Availability to join immediately on a full-time employment basis.
