Available Management Trainee Tracks
* MT Estate: Open to Diploma (D3) graduates majoring in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or closely related fields.
* MT Head of Administration (KTU): Open to Bachelor’s (S1) graduates majoring in Accounting.
* MT Mill: Open to Diploma (D3) graduates specializing in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology.
