1. Operational Administrator
Location: Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi
This role focuses on maintaining the flow of documentation and data accuracy within our logistics operations.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree in any field.
* Experience: At least 1 year in an operational administrative role, preferably within the logistics sector.
* Core Competencies: Proficient in data entry, managing waybills (Surat Jalan), system input, reporting, and document archiving.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
2. Service Advisor
Location: Makassar
The Service Advisor acts as the bridge between our technical maintenance team and fleet operational needs.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree in Engineering (Automotive specialization is highly preferred).
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of heavy vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective), major components, and parts catalogs.
* Responsibilities: Monitoring vehicle repairs from the initiation phase to the final quality check and managing repair work orders (SPK).
* Requirement: Must be willing to work in shifts and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
3. General Repair Mechanic
Location: Pasuruan, Gresik, and Surabaya, East Java
We are seeking hands-on technicians to ensure our fleet remains in peak operating condition.
* Qualifications: Vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Automotive or Light Vehicle Engineering.
* Core Tasks: Expert in truck maintenance, troubleshooting, and conducting emergency roadside service (storing).
* Attributes: Must demonstrate high levels of discipline, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed or assigned to any PT SIL workshop area as required.
4. Body Repair Mechanic
Location: Makassar (South Sulawesi) and Pasuruan, Gresik, Surabaya (East Java)
This role requires precision and technical skill in vehicle restoration and structural maintenance.
* Qualifications: Vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a body repair shop, welding, or vehicle bodyworks.
* Certifications: Possession of a valid SIM A license is mandatory; welding certifications are considered a significant advantage.
* Work Ethic: Capable of working under pressure, maintaining a team-oriented mindset, and performing at a high professional standard.
