As a Production Administrator, you will serve as the organizational backbone of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that data, documentation, and operational workflows proceed without interruption. * Documentation Management: Compile, maintain, and update critical manufacturing documentation, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, Work Instructions, output data, incident logs, and compliance records.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze production data to empower management decision-making, while proactively offering recommendations for process improvements.
* Operational Oversight: Monitor finished goods transfers and the implementation of SPCS, ensuring seamless administrative workflows across the department.
* Safety & Training Administration: Coordinate training administration, maintain Occupational Health and Safety (K3) documentation, and actively participate in both internal and external audits.
* Resource & Inventory Tracking: Oversee the availability of consumable stock and analyze manpower needs to guarantee that every production zone maintains optimal staffing levels for operational efficiency.
