## Career Opportunity: Logistics Operator
We are currently seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Logistics Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining the operational flow of our facility, ensuring that both production and distribution meet our rigorous quality standards.
Key Responsibilities and Core Competencies
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that bridge the gap between manufacturing support and inventory management. Your daily contributions will ensure that the supply chain remains seamless and the production environment operates at peak performance.
* Operational Execution: Operating production machinery while strictly adhering to Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Maintenance Support: Performing fundamental preventive maintenance, including visual inspections, lubrication, and minor component replacements to prevent downtime.
* Inventory & Logistics Management: Managing the logistical flow of goods, including precise storage organization and meticulous inventory recording.
* Equipment Handling: Safe and efficient operation of forklifts to facilitate the movement of materials within the warehouse and production floor.
* Compliance and Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace by following 5S/5R principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and upholding strict Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
Mandatory Candidate Qualifications

* Technical Licenses: Possession of a valid Class A Driver’s License (SIM A) and certified proficiency in forklift operation.
* Computer Literacy: Ability to use basic inventory systems or Microsoft Excel for digital record-keeping and data entry.
