Job Description & Core Responsibilities
As a Flight Operation Officer (Dispatcher), you will act as the backbone of daily flight logistics, ensuring that every aircraft departs and arrives safely in compliance with strict aviation regulations. Your daily duties will encompass:
* Data Preparation & Compliance: Gather and analyze all regulatory data and flight information required for safe aircraft dispatching.
* Flight Planning: Evaluate weather and operational data to determine safe flight viability, subsequently filing the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Flight Plan according to legal frameworks.
* Crew Coordination: Verify that all scheduled flight crew members are fully informed, briefed, and confirmed prior to departure.
* Ground Operations Oversight: Supervise the performance of appointed ground handling agents across various airports.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate closely with airport authorities and relevant regulatory agencies.
* Documentation Maintenance: Continuously monitor, update, and maintain company manuals and flight operation documents.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
