## Job Overview: Production Operator
We are currently looking for a motivated Production Operator to be stationed at our Cikarang facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing pipeline, ensuring that our high-standard water solutions are built safely, efficiently, and to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate within a dynamic production environment to fabricate and assemble high-quality water solution components.
* Utilize various hand and power tools, such as grinders and specialized fabrication equipment, to prepare materials.
* Execute precise cutting, fitting, and assembly tasks according to technical guidelines.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering strictly to company safety protocols.
* Collaborate seamlessly with team members and production supervisors to meet daily output goals.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK equivalent).
* Mechanical Experience: Prior hands-on experience working as a Fitter will be considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling workshop tools, including grinders and standard fabrication instruments.
* Welding Competency: A strong understanding of welding machinery is required; candidates with practical welding capabilities will be prioritized.
