## Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be entrusted with vital daily health, safety, and environmental (HSE) duties to protect personnel and assets. Primary responsibilities include:
* Risk Assessment & Documentation: Formulate comprehensive Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Task Risk Assessment (TRA), and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) documents prior to project initiation.
* Regulatory Compliance & Permitting: Manage the preparation, submission, and formal closure of Permit to Work (PTW) documentation in strict alignment with operational protocols.
* Equipment Oversight: Perform thorough inspections of operational equipment, ensuring that all machinery meets safety standards and that operator certifications remain valid.
* Gas Monitoring & Hazard Control: Conduct precise Hydrogen Sulfide ($\text{H}_2\text{S}$) gas measurements before initiating work activities to guarantee a safe breathing atmosphere.
* Safety Briefings & Leadership: Spearhead daily Pre-Job Safety Meetings (PJS) and deliver targeted HSE training sessions to foster a proactive safety culture among field teams.
* Field Supervision: Monitor active operations to verify strict adherence to established HSE policies, maintain meticulous field records, and generate comprehensive performance reports.
* PPE Enforcement: Ensure that all personnel strictly utilize complete and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times on site.
## Professional Qualifications and Requirements
