1. Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of our brand, serving as a premium automotive advisor who brings prestige to every client interaction.
* Deliver an exclusive, world-class purchasing experience for high-net-worth clients.
* Drive sales performance through high-level professionalism and ethical integrity.
* Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree holder.
* Confident demeanor with a professional presence.

* Must possess a valid Driving License (SIM A) and be willing to be stationed at any BMW Tunas branch.
2. Lead Product Genius
The Lead Product Genius is tasked with maintaining our rigorous brand standards and product knowledge consistency across all branches.
* Coordinate Product Genius teams to ensure alignment with dealership and principal standards.
* Serve as the primary liaison for product updates, training programs, and certification processes.
* Support the sales team during test drives, showroom activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
* Monitor certification progress and provide data-driven recommendations for operational improvement.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* 1–2 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Trainer, or Product Genius.
* Expert knowledge of automotive standards and certification protocols.
* Strong leadership capabilities with a proactive approach.
3. Unit Administration Staff
This role is essential for maintaining the operational backbone of our sales department, ensuring seamless documentation and compliance.
* Oversee daily sales administration, including verification of payments and documentation.
* Manage vehicle registration documents (STNK/BPKB) from initial filing to final handover.
* Coordinate with internal teams and leasing partners to facilitate smooth sales operations.
* Maintain accurate sales and financial reporting while upholding internal controls.
* Degree in Accounting, Management, or Administration.
* Strong grasp of automotive sales workflows, including SPK and leasing processes.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage strict deadlines.
4. Marketing Support Staff
The Marketing Support Staff ensures financial and operational accuracy, maintaining the integrity of our pricing structures and data systems.
* Manage unit allocations based on FIFO principles and validate margins prior to sales.
* Oversee price lists, tax structures, and discount matrices for accuracy.
* Handle petty cash and accounts payable tasks to ensure financial efficiency.
* Support operational compliance through rigorous system administration and reporting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* 1–2 years of professional experience in finance or administrative support.
* High level of accuracy in data processing and financial management.
