## Position Overview: Recruitment & Selection Staff
The Recruitment & Selection Staff will play a vital role in human capital management, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring manpower needs are met with efficiency and precision.
* Assessment & Evaluation: Facilitate psychological testing and conduct structured interviews to identify the best candidates for various roles.
* Talent Database Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive recruitment databases and active talent pools to support future hiring initiatives.
* Strategic Partnerships: Build and foster professional relationships with academic institutions, recruitment agencies, and other external talent pipelines.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze the effectiveness of hiring channels, and propose data-driven process improvements.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate a strong aptitude for human resources and a professional demeanor consistent with Yamaha's corporate values.
1. Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
2. Professional Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment or human resources role is required.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with modern recruitment management systems.
4. Language Skills: A valid TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 500 is mandatory.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
