1. Sales & Marketing Specialist
As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and building lasting client relationships.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
* Proactively identify and manage new sales leads.
* Execute sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
* Conduct client follow-ups and manage high-level negotiations.
* Provide daily progress reports to management.
* Key Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field with a GPA of at least 3.00. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in lifts, premium automotive, or property sectors.
* Professional demeanor with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
* Must possess a valid driver’s license.

2. Lift Technician
We are looking for hands-on professionals capable of ensuring our elevators operate with maximum safety and efficiency.
* Key Qualifications:
* Minimum D3 degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in lift maintenance or installation.
* Deep understanding of electrical systems and the ability to interpret wiring diagrams.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards (K3).
* Willingness to travel to client sites for installations and repairs.
* Valid SIM A and SIM C driver’s licenses are highly preferred.
## Paid Internship Programs (Hybrid Model)
Our internship program is designed to provide students and fresh graduates with practical, hands-on experience in a professional office environment. These roles operate on a hybrid schedule (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH).
3. Video Editor Intern
Bring our brand to life through creative visual storytelling.
* Responsibilities: Film and edit engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, brainstorm creative ideas, and manage digital media assets.
* Skills: Expertise in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and Photoshop.
4. Sales Admin Intern
Help streamline our daily operations and support our sales cycle.
* Responsibilities: Manage administrative tasks such as preparing invoices and purchase orders, responding to client inquiries via WhatsApp Business, and maintaining sales databases.
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiar with Marketplace platforms (Tokopedia/Shopee).
