We are actively seeking talented, dedicated professionals across both medical and non-medical divisions to join our dynamic team in Karawang.
Medical & Clinical Positions
* General Practitioner
* Requirements: Hold a professional Doctor degree (Profesi Dokter) with an active STR. Possession of current ACLS, ATLS, and ECG certifications is required. A minimum of two years of clinical hospital experience is strongly preferred, alongside readiness for shift work and immediate availability.
* Cathlab Nurse
* Requirements: Minimum education of Nursing Bachelor with Professional Degree (Ners). Must possess an active STR and current BTCLS certification, plus specialized Basic Cardiovascular Training (Cathlab certification). Minimum two years of hospital experience preferred; ready to join immediately.
* ICU Nurse
* Requirements: Nursing Bachelor with Professional Degree (Ners). Requires an active STR, BTCLS certification, and specialized Intensive Care training certification from Hipperci. Hospital background of at least two years is advantageous; immediate availability is valued.
* Inpatient Nurse
* Requirements: Dedicated nursing professionals eager to deliver high-standard patient care within our inpatient wards.
* Occupational Therapist
* Requirements: Open to male and female candidates holding a Diploma (D3) or Applied Bachelor (D4) in Occupational Therapy with an active STR. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though candidates with one year of relevant experience are encouraged.
Administrative & Support Positions (Non-Medical)
* IT Network & Infrastructure Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or Information Technology with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience. Must demonstrate proven expertise in network architecture design, implementation, and security management. Responsibilities include maintaining precise network documentation and managing SAP database installations, configurations, and upkeep.
* MEP Maintenance Technician
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering. Candidates with high-rise building maintenance experience and a background in hospital environments are preferred. Must be well-versed in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) upkeep, paired with strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Cashier
* Requirements: Male candidates up to 30 years old with at least a Diploma (D3) in Accounting. Prior experience handling financial transactions in a hospital setting is a distinct advantage. Applicants should exhibit a professional appearance, an energetic and dynamic personality, and excellent communication abilities.
* Admission Staff
* Requirements: Female candidates up to 25 years old holding a Diploma (D3) in any discipline. Previous hospital admission experience is preferred.
