## Role Overview: Quality Control Operator
The Quality Control Operator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every product leaving our facility adheres to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will be tasked with monitoring the production line to guarantee that our food processing methods remain secure and consistent with our commitment to quality.
Primary Responsibilities
* Conducting rigorous inspections within the production line area.
* Ensuring that all products comply with internal and industry-standard safety benchmarks.
* Maintaining strict oversight of food safety protocols and the integrity of the Halal production process.
* Documenting findings accurately to ensure full traceability and accountability.
## Required Qualifications
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail. We prioritize individuals who are eager to grow within the Wings Group ecosystem.
* Educational Background: High School graduates (SMAK) or degree holders (D3/S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry (MIPA), or Food Technology.
* Professional Experience: Previous experience in an FMCG or Food & Beverage quality control role is highly preferred.
* Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the Halal Assurance System (SJH), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
* Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

## General Requirements for Applicants
